Instructor Led Class Schedule

State law prohibits the admittance of any student who arrives 15 minutes after the start of the class.  Each participant will receive a server-training workbook that is current, complete, and accurate.  Classroom presentation will be consistent with the approved program.  A written examination will be given at the completion of the course.  Students must complete the course in order to take the examination.  The exam will consist of 20 questions.  A passing score of 70% or higher is required.  Those who receive failing scores on the test may be re-tested at a time and place to be determined by the trainer.  Participants failing the re-test must repeat the full course for an additional fee.

Participants must present a lawful form of identification before admittance to the class.  A current form of identification is required (Driver's License, ID Card, Military ID or Passport) . Your Social Security number must be povided.  Discussions will be pertinent to the responsible beverage alcohol or tobacco sales, service, and consumption.  Smoking is not permitted during class.

The Louisiana Office of Alcohol and Tobacco Control will no longer mail RV cards to the Attendees or to Providers. When an attendee passes a Responsible Course, they will be able to access their RV cards on their Smartphones or Tablets (14-21 business days after the Course was taken).

A fee of $25.00 is required for their permit.  Their permit is valid for 4 years from the date of current completed course.  After their permit expires, they must attend another Responsible Vendor Training course, which will be valid for another four years.

The following is required to complete the AMT Services Responsible Vendor Training Course:

A current form of identification: (One of the following)

  • A current Drivers License
  • A current Identification Card
  • A Military ID
  • Passport 

A fee of $25.00 (cash) is required and must be submitted before the course begins
